compensation and benefits 

1. full associate status after short trial period

2. gross participation in profits

3. possibility of stock when company converts from partnership into corporation

4. salary will only be paid during production and post-production

1.  time - You will start out part-time.

2.  training - There is no training at present.

3. travel - Travel totally depends on the requirements of productions.  None if shot in Charlotte Metro.  Extensive travel if out-of-state or out of the country.  Company will pay for travel outside of Mecklenburg and York Counties but not within these two counties.

4. typical day - There would be no "typical day".

5. hours - It is unlikely that you will have to work at night.  However, the occasional weekend will be required and expected. (not every just occasional)
